Introduction

This 1-day course, delegates will learn the importance of pre-appraisal preparation with individuals and explore ways in which they can encourage a two-way conversation with all appraisees with their team members.

Effective performance appraisal requires a manager to master the art of setting SMART objectives and providing constructive feedback and praise. Addressing how managers can handle difficult conversations whilst maintaining a professional working relationship.
This course can be tailored to incorporate your internal appraisal process if delivered as a client group, core values and the organisational competencies set within strategies for people development.
